A white dry wine with a moderate lemon color. It has delicate aromas of lemon, grapefruit, citrus, peach and white flowers. The whole is completed with the intense minerality. The taste palate follows the aromatic one, accompanied by sharp acidity and an oily sensation. Its aftertaste is long with a metallic feel. It goes great with seafood, grilled fish.

It all started in 2016 when Panos Sarris founded the eponymous winery near the beach of Avythos, in the picturesque village of Svoronata in Kefalonia. The philosophy of Sarris Winery is simple: to produce wines of exceptional quality that reflect the terroir of Kefalonia. The winery uses sustainable practices in the vineyards and the winemaking process. Each wine brings out the best characteristics of the grapes and the land, resulting in wines that are complex, elegant and full of flavour. Sarris Panochori Old Vines, is a premium version of the Robola variety with a PDO label. A natural white wine produced from a low yielding family vineyard planted in 1981 and made entirely from vines of the native Robola variety.
