Description

The Malagouzia Cuvee Speciale from the Semeli Estate has a bright straw-yellow color in the glass. The nose is particularly expressive and complex, with aromas of rose, peach, melon, pear, and ripe tropical fruits, framed by notes of fresh Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is rich and lively, with excellent balance, subtle minerality, and hints of bergamot. The finish is long and refreshing, with aromas of lemongrass and subtle spicy notes that add complexity and finesse. It is best served at 10–12°C and pairs exceptionally well with seafood, grilled fish, poultry, and grilled vegetables. It has an aging potential of 2–3 years, as it can evolve into an even more complex and mature wine, while retaining its elegance and freshness.

Based in Nemea, in Koutsi, Corinthia (at an altitude of approximately 600 meters), it is situated amidst privately owned vineyards in one of the most important Agiorgitiko production zones. Combining tradition with modern winemaking expertise, the winery produces high-quality wines that consistently offer exceptional value for money. The Mediterranean climate, the unique terroir, and the selection of indigenous and international grape varieties contribute to the creation of wines with a distinct personality and international recognition. With consistent export activity and continuous growth, Semeli Estate has established a strong presence in both the Greek and international markets, serving as a benchmark for Greek wine.
