We detect balance between the rounded tannins and the flavors of fruits. The aftertaste lasts with a sense of spice. You could pair it with pork, red meat, game and matured cheeses.

Located in Epanomi in Thessaloniki, Ktima Gerovassiliou cultivates the privately owned vineyard of 72 acres with special care and love. Their goal is to produce quality wines. They make excellent use of the soil and climate of the area. Epanomi is an area surrounded by sea, with a Mediterranean climate and a land rich in marine fossils. The first vinification took place in 1986 at the modern winery located in the vineyard.
