The Oloinos Estate is located in Elassona, just a stone’s throw from the legendary Mount Olympus, and began its journey into the world of wine in the winter of 2003. The creation of two friends and agronomists, Giorgos Lolas and Giorgos Ftikas, began with their love for viticulture and their expertise in the field. Their shared vision was to revive the region’s historic vineyard and create their own wine. Since then, everything has revolved around wine, and the Oloinos Estate is the result of this. Their passion was passed on to the next generation, and today the second generation is bringing a new character to the estate. Today, the winery now encompasses 100 acres of privately owned vineyards, where organic native and international varieties are cultivated.
