Description
A Pinot Noir with a medium purple color and a stunning bouquet of plums, mineral aromas of red berries, hints of flowers, dark chocolate and earthy notes. The palate is medium to full-bodied, layered and concentrated, with tremendous depth, shy tannins, juicy acidity and a long finish.

Domaine Michel Lafarge has been working biodynamically since 1996, adhering to traditional winemaking practices and currently is at the forefront of the biodynamic movement. It has around 100 acres of vineyards in some of the best locations in Burgundy and is undoubtedly one of the best in Volnay. Their aim is to produce remarkable, delicate wines with great ageing potential, always respecting the environment and the terroir.
