Description
A dry white wine with a bright colour. Aromas of citrus fruit, honeysuckle and mineral notes overwhelm us. Lively mouthfeel with pure fruit and minerally character. Pairs extremely well with shellfish, seafood, fish and mature cheeses, such as aged Tinos Graviera.

It all started in 1999 when Alexandros Avataggelos started the T-Oinos project. Within a decade he makes plantings and the 1st winemaking and the 1st bottling takes place. The wines of T-Oinos are the epitome of hard work and countless repetitive tasks that reflect the virtues of the island’s unique ecosystem. The Stegasta plateau is located at an altitude of 460 meters, the ideal place for Assyrtiko on a sandy soil with a granitic substrate.
