In the glass, it displays a bright straw-yellow color with rich and fine bubbles. Aromas of dried fruits, nuts, honey, white flowers, citrus peel, and toast emerge. On the palate, it is refreshing with noticeable acidity, yet creamy and silky, with a fruity and persistent aftertaste. It matures for 36 months on the lees in the bottle. Serve at 8–10°C. It pairs ideally with shellfish, seafood ceviche, and cheeses.
