An extra dry sparkling wine made only from Riesling grapes. It is the result of the traditional method and gives us aromas of lemon, lime, white flower blossoms. Elegant, refreshing and with a nice interplay of sweetness and acidity. You can pair it with salads, fish or poultry with a light sauce.
