Ca del Vent (House of the Wind) winery was founded in 1994 to make their own wine, on their own terms. Known for its commitment to biodynamic farming and natural winemaking, Ca del Vent produces wines with a strong identity, reflecting the unique characteristics of their soil and the season. Route 66 was conceived as a wine that can be consumed without much thought, without reference to appellations. The wine is produced using the classic method, undergoes spontaneous fermentation and is matured for 6 months in barrels. It then spends 25 months on lees in the bottle before maceration. No dosage is added, resulting in a Brut Nature style.
