Limniona Nouveau from the Oloinos Estate is a dry red wine made from the Greek Limniona grape variety, designed to highlight the variety’s fresh and lively character. It is made from young vines and vinified in stainless steel tanks, without barrel aging, to preserve the freshness and pure expression of the fruit. In the glass, it offers intense aromas of red fruits, such as cherry, strawberry, and raspberry. It has a light to medium body with lively acidity, soft tannins, and a fruity, refreshing finish. Pair it with pasta with light red sauces, pizza, a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, roasted chicken or pork, and Mediterranean appetizers.

The Oloinos Estate is located in Elassona, just a stone’s throw from the mythical Mount Olympus, and began its journey into the world of wine in the winter of 2003. The brainchild of two friends and agronomists, Giorgos Lola and Giorgos Ftika, it began with their love for viticulture and their expertise in the field. Their shared vision was to revive the region’s historic vineyard and create their own wine. Since then, everything has revolved around wine, and the Oloinos Estate is the result of this. Their passion was passed on to the next generation, and today the second generation is bringing a new character to the estate. Today, the winery comprises 100 stremmata of privately owned vineyards, where indigenous and international grape varieties are cultivated organically.
