It has a deep lemon color with golden highlights. On the nose it looks very youthful with aromas of ripe yellow lemon, dried honey, chamomile, sage and coriander with hints of white and black pepper, caramel and vanillin. On the palate it is full, smooth and ripe. The oily, silky texture is balanced by well-integrated acidity that adds freshness and structure. Flavors of lime, lemon, lemon tart, dried orange peel and dried yellow flower open up to reveal flavors of dried apricot, spice and butter. It is concentrated yet balanced and harmonious. It pairs well with rich salads and yellow cheeses, but will be unbeatable with grilled rich fish like sea bream and white meats.
