Perpetuus is a white dry wine with a soft lemon color and golden highlights. It has aromas of flowers and ripe stone fruits, accompanied by notes of sweet spices and honey. With the first drop we detect flavors of fruits, spicy notes and an acidity that gives freshness. The experience is completed with the long aftertaste and the sense of fruits. You could enjoy it now or cellar it for 3-5 years from its vintage. Pairs perfectly with shellfish, fish, roe and white meat.

Nico Lazaridi winery is located in the area of Drama and in the center of the vineyard, so that the processing of the production is done in the shortest possible distance from the place of harvest. The vineyards are protected by Falakro mountain, Paggaio and Menoikio mountain. Perpetuus was created in 2004, a single-variety Semillon that is vinified under controlled temperature. It matures in acacia barrels for 8 months.
