In the glass, Cul de Loup has a soft yellow color with bright reflections. Aromas of fresh citrus, notes of lemongrass, green apple, and mineral elements. Lively, intense but balanced on the palate, with fresh acidity, clean structure, and a long chalky finish. Serve at 10-12°C and pair with seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, creamy risotto, white meats and poultry, and of course with Chavignol goat cheese from the Sancerre region.
