Pyritis, Artemis Karamolegos Winery 750ml

A dry white wine with a wonderful nose full of minerality. Notes of ripe stone fruit and citrus tart. Rich mouth, exuberant with finesse and balanced acidity. Long finish with saltiness and minerality. We recommend decanting in carafe to allow the wine to breathe and open up in order to bring out its complex character. Enjoy at 11-13°C with a fatty fish, or salmon carpaccio, lamb fricassee, stuffed turkey and pasta or shellfish risotto.

The grapes come from 3 parcels, over 120 years old. Two are located in Pyrgos and one in Megalochori. Both of these villages produce grapes of excellent quality. After fermentation the wine is matured in lees for 10 months.
