The grapes for this Pinot Noir come from classic Moselle vineyards. Careful work in the vineyard and strict selection during the harvest resulted in perfectly healthy and fully ripe grapes. A spontaneous fermentation in the mash, which lasted 3 ½ weeks, as well as a careful ageing in oak barrels characterise this versatile Pinot Noir.
