A white dry wine with intense aromas of citrus fruits, green fruits, notes of stone fruits along with mineral elements and white flowers like jasmine, aromas that take you straight to the Mosel. In the mouth it has a balance between intense acidity and residual sugars embraced by intense fruit flavors. You could pair it with crayfish, sushi and even pork in a sweet and sour sauce.

The Egon Müller winery is considered as one of the most legendary wineries in Germany, known for producing exceptional Rieslings.. The estate has been operating since 1797, owning the Scharzhof (8.3 ha) and Le Gallais (4 ha) vineyards. Scharzhofberg, or Scharzhof Mountain, is one of the best Riesling sites in Germany and is considered as a Grand Cru. It is therefore allowed to be labeled with the name of its vineyard, or ‘Einzellage’, rather than the name of its village. Scharzhofberg is one of the most famous vineyards in Germany, probably originally planted by the Romans. It is located in the village of Wiltingen, within the Saar municipality, nestled in a side valley with southern exposure and its slopes are quite steep, with gradients ranging from 30 to 60% and at an altitude of 180–280 meters. The soils are unique, since they consist of “Devonian” slate, which gives structure, acidity, and abundant mineral aromas to the wines.
