The history of the Avantis winery in Evia, began in 1994 with the first bottling. The family owns 200 acres of privately owned vineyards and a modern winery. The terroir of the area is expressed in each of their wines. During its vinification, pre-fermentation cold extraction takes place, matures and ages in stainless steel tanks.
