Domaine Sigalas presents a white wine with yellow color and golden highlights to us. In the ancient plain of Oia, in Santorini, is the Sigalas Estate. The company was founded in 1991, under the name Sigalas Winery Ltd. The winery was originally housed where it used to be the traditional canava of the Paris Sigalas family. Then, in 1998, a new wine production, bottling and aging unit was built and operated on its own premises. In 2003 the company was renamed Ktima Sigalas Winery SA. Aidani is a result of classic vinification where its fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and remains for 9 months with its wine lees.
