On the palate, Catarratto reveals its freshness and liveliness. It has a balanced acidity that beautifully integrates fruit flavours and combines lemon zest with a subtle mineral element. Francesco Guccione’s winery is located between San Cipirello and Piana Degli Albanesi in the Monreale area about 500m above sea level. All wines are certified organic and biodynamic. The total area of the vineyard is 6 hectares. Francesco believes that in biodynamic farming, the farmer must have an artistic approach to be able to feel what is really necessary for his vineyard.
