Description
It is produced from the local varieties Xarel-lo, Macabeo, Parellada, and a little Monastrell (Mourvèdre), which gives it a distinctive pink hue and extra structure.
In the glass, it displays fine, delicate bubbles and has aromas of red fruits, citrus, wild fresh herbs such as fennel, and floral notes. On the palate, it is round, with good structure, freshness, complexity, and a long finish.

The Raventós i Blanc winery has been owned by the same family since 1497. In 1872, Josep Raventós Fatjó created the first bottle-fermented sparkling wine in Spain, using exclusively local varieties (Cava). In 1986, Josep Maria Raventós i Blanc, creator of the Cava designation of origin, and his son Manuel founded the modern Raventós i Blanc winery with the aim of producing high-quality sparkling wines. The winery operates as a self-sufficient agricultural unit, covering approximately 90 ha – with 50 ha of vineyards and the rest consisting of olive groves, almond trees, cereals, forests, a lake, and hills. It follows sustainable and biodynamic farming practices and has been certified organic since 2009 and biodynamic (Demeter) since 2013. The vineyards are located on limestone soils, rich in fossils, with elements of salinity and minerality that characterize the region and are ideal for the production of high-quality sparkling wines.
