Beaufort Frères Rosé Brut is a fruity sparkling wine with red fruit aromas, pink floral notes and hints of spice. On the palate it is rich and flavoursome with fine acidity, well-formed bubbles and a long mineral finish.

Beaufort Frères winery, managed by the descendants of André Beaufort, is known for its organic and biodynamic farming practices. The vineyards are cultivated manually with respect for the natural balance of the soil, which is enriched with vegetable compost produced on the farm. The yield per plant is low and the grapes are harvested by hand when they have reached optimum maturation. Beaufort Frères Rosé is made from organic Pinot Noir grapes that are hand-harvested at the optimum ripening point. At the winery, the grapes undergo a short maceration with the skins without the addition of sulphur and fermentation takes place in oak barrels with local yeasts. The base wine is then matured for 8 months. Following the traditional method, the second fermentation takes place in the lees for at least 24 months and the extraction is carried out ‘a la volée’ (by hand), without filtration or clarification.
