Domaine Jules Desjourneys is located in southern Burgundy and produces wines from the Mâconnais and Beaujolais regions. The name of the winery is a tribute to the French scientist and winemaker of the region, Jules Chauvet. He is often credited with spearheading the natural wine movement. Moulin-à-Vent is the most notable of the ten beaujolais crus produced by the estate.
