A white dry wine from the mountain vineyard of Keratea, over 60 years old and offer us selectively only 200 kg / acre. They are planted in a cup, on a stony ground with a limestone substrate and grow without any irrigation. The fermentation has taken place in a stainless-steel tank and the wine has remained in the wine sludge for 9 months. It is bottled and remains in the bottle for another 3 years before its release.
