A dry rosé sparkling wine with a beautiful rose-like colour. Flowers and berries abound in this lively sparkling Pinot Noir. It’s fresh and fruity, yet richly textured with cherry dominating the palate and fine, persistent bubbles prolonging the elegant finish. It is a product of a classic fermentation and bottle ageing method (méthode traditionnelle). It remained with its lees for about 5 years, giving it complexity, intensity, length and fruit aromas.

Dr. Loosen is a wine producer in the Mosel region of Germany. The estate has six large vineyards, all of which were classified as Erste Lage in the 1868 Prussian Classification of Mosel vineyards. Sparkling wines have had a long tradition in Germany since 1826, which is why many French Champagne houses were run or founded by Germans.
