Rich white dry wine from a unique vineyard. A single-variety Assyrtiko from Santorini island that has been vinified according to the classic method of white vinification. The fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks and remained with the wine lees for 18 months. Bottling takes place after 2 years of ageing.
