A drink made exclusively in certain regions of Mexico. It is made from cooked, fermented and distilled organic agave.
Made 100% from indigenous Espadin agave varieties, in Oaxaca it is one of the most awarded varieties. This process yields a highly complex spirit with earthy, smoky notes on the nose.
