The Superleggero glass is a masterpiece of state-of-the-art technology, confirming Riedel’s position as a pioneer in glassmaking technique.
The word Superleggero means “super light” in Italian. The collection debuted in 2015 and is a brilliant proof of the talented glassmaking team of the Riedel family. The range features the bowl shapes of the original Sommeliers Series, but with an even more subtle aesthetic and design that is light as a feather.
This product is handmade. Riedel’s top glassmakers individually craft each glass to give it a unique character. Due to the nature of handmade, slight variations in the size and weight of each product, tiny bubbles and imperfections are an acceptable part of the process.
The packaging contains one glass and is dishwasher safe.
