A white dry wine from the Viognier grape variety with bright golden yellow color. The aromatic palette consists of stone fruits such as apricot and peach accompanied by notes of tobacco. The aftertaste is long and pleasant. You could enjoy it now or cellar it for another 2-3 years. Excellent combination with fish, seafood and shellfish.

Located in Epanomi in Thessaloniki, Ktima Gerovassiliou cultivates the privately owned vineyard of 72 acres with special care and love. Their goal is to produce quality wines. They make excellent use of the soil and climate of the area. Epanomi is an area surrounded by sea, with a Mediterranean climate and a land rich in marine fossils. The first winemaking took place in 1986 at the modern winery located in the vineyard. Viognier was planted in 1993 in the privately owned vineyard of Gerovassiliou Estate. The grapes are passed through extractors and a pneumatic press. Stored in special tanks for pre-fermentation cold extraction, fermentation takes place in oak French barrels and matures in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for a few months with its wine lees.
