Description
It has a bright blond-yellow colour with greenish highlights and exudes fresh aromas of citrus, ripe exotic fruit, lime and apple. On the palate it is crisp and fruity, with good intensity, substance and nerve, balanced acidity and a long finish. An excellent accompaniment to seafood or fish dishes such as scallops and sea bass. It also pairs perfectly with the goat cheeses of the region.
