Description
It has a light straw color with green highlights. On the nose, intense aromas of classic lemon emerge, with a hint of white flowers. This is followed by aromas of ageing, such as toast, clove oil and lemongrass. The palate has great length, depth and power with concentrated fresh fruit, lime juice, accompanied by toasted brioche, sage and lime marmalade. Enjoy at 10°C, alongside dishes featuring duck, chicken, fish and shellfish.
