A white dry wine which is released in a limited number of bottles. It has a pale lemon color and greenish hues and aromas of lemon, grapefruit, peach, green apple, quince, metallic and mineral notes. In the mouth we detect well-integrated alcohol, medium body and flavors of melon, white-fleshed peach, bitter orange, banana, lemon and hints of minerality. Its aftertaste is long and lemony. You could pair it with fish, shellfish and clams.
