A natural orange wine with an amber color. It has aromas of citrus and stone fruits, notes of yeast, brioche and spices. In the mouth it has flavors of spoon sweet (orange, bitter orange), peach compote, spices and nuts. It has soft tannins, a balance between the acidity and the sweetness of the fruit. You could pair it with smoked fish, roe and orzo pasta with tomato.

In 2005, the brothers Sakis and Marios Nikolaidis entered the world of viticulture and wine production. We find the privately owned vineyard in the Avdira region of Xanthi. It is the northernmost seaside organic vineyard in Greece. Today there are 9 labels of certified organic vegan/vegetarian wines under the Anatolikos Vineyards brand. For Natural Orange, fermentation takes place in a clay amphora and the wine then remains on its lees for approximately 9 months. Native yeasts are used, no sulphites are added throughout the process and it is bottled unfiltered.
