Le Bordeaux du Paysan Blanc, an exotic, crisp and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc! It has aromas of blackcurrant, lemon, apricot and notes of freshly cut grass. You can enjoy it as an aperitif or pair it beautifully with salads and cheeses.

In 2016 Olivier Techer created Satellite Wines, a new venture that produces daily, direct and generous wines, following biodynamic principles, without the use of chemicals throughout production. The terroir consists of clay-limestone soils with a southern exposure. For Le Bordeaux du Paysan Blanc, natural vinification is carried out with maceration on the skins and fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. It is then left on fine lees with stirring for 4 months.
