A dry white wine from the Garganega grapes in the Soave Classico DOC area. It has bright lemon color with aromas of tropical fruits and nuts. In the mouth we detect its velvety texture, elegance, notes of spices and its long aftertaste. You could pair it with risotto with mushrooms, salmon, scallops and crab.

The La Rocca vineyard, grown with certified organic practices. It is located on the slopes of Monte Rocchetta below the medieval castle that dominates the town of Soave. The first La Rocca label was released in 1978. The wine consists of 100% Garganega harvested by hand, often in two stages for optimal grape ripeness, towards the end of October. At the end of fermentation, the wine is placed in barrels with a capacity of between 2000 and 500 liters where it ages for about 15 months. During this period the wine remains in the fine lees where it acquires complexity and a rich bouquet. It is kept in the bottle for some time before release.
