This is a blend of Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay with a golden color, white blossom aromas and scents of citrus and stone fruits. On the mouth we taste notes of honey, a discreet sense of barrel, an acidity that gives freshness and a long and strong aftertaste. You may pair it with poultry dressed with spicy sauce.

Remains in French oak barrels for 6 months.
