This is a blend of Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay with a golden color, white blossom aromas and scents of citrus and stone fruits. On the mouth we taste notes of honey, a discreet sense of barrel, an acidity that gives freshness and a long and strong aftertaste. You may pair it with poultry dressed with spicy sauce.

The name Ixsir comes from the Arabic word Iksir, synonymous to elixir, a word that defines the clarity of all substances. Their vision is to reveal the best terroir of the area. Vineyards spread on the hills of Lebanon, benefit from the microclimate. This Grand Reserve is an outcome of hand-operated harvest and a low temperature fermentation. Remains in French oak barrels for 6 months.
