A white dry wine with a straw color and greenish hues. It has soft aromas of pear, apple, ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon. In the mouth it has flavors of stone fruits. You could pair it with white meat and fish.

The idea for Two Hands was born in 1999 when founders Michael Twelftree and Richard Mintz decided it was time to make their own wine and market it on the world stage. Their aim is to make the best possible Shiraz-based wines from prized growing regions throughout Australia. Hell Freezes Over is a white dry wine from a single vineyard in Ashton, Adelaide Hills.
