Description
A white dry wine with notes of grapefruit, stone fruits, floral notes and green pepper. During its short maturation in oak barrels the wine acquires a light and characteristic finesse of wood. In the mouth it is fresh, light, with good acidity and a minerality that is present until the aftertaste. You could enjoy it chilled as an aperitif or pair it with seafood or goat cheese salads.
