Fransola, a white dry wine with a bright color like lemon, displays a rich aromatic bouquet of exotic fruits, kiwi and plant notes. Its acidity is high and its body is moderate. The barrel is felt in the mouth with aromas of nuts, vanilla and coconut, to complete the delicious palette. The aftertaste lasts and leaves us with a fruity feeling. You could enjoy it fresh but also keep it for 2-3 years from its production. Excellent pair with shellfish and fish.

The Fransola Estate is located among the high vineyards of the Penedes in Spain. Miguel Torres arrived in the Curico Valley in 1979, after searching for a new location. On this journey he found excellent climatic conditions. In 2012 Miguel Torres vineyards became 100% organic. Miguel Torres Chile maintains the cornerstone concepts that have marked its history and production chain: fair trade, organic farming, and innovation. This Fransola Estate is where they grow 25 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc used to produce their Fransola, one of their most elegant white wines. This wine is unique because it is enriched with new American oak barrel fermentation followed by four months of ageing.
