A white dry wine from the Assyrtiko grapes, with a light lemon color and green highlights. In its aromas we initially detect fruits such as lemon, grapefruit, orange peel, peach, pear and then mineral and tea notes appear. Its flavors are complex in balance with the high acidity, here the minerality is intense and the aftertaste leaves you with the feeling of lemon. You could pair it with shellfish, fish, grilled seafood, legumes and white meats with lemony sauces.

Estate Argyros has been established in 1903, located in Episkopi. It is the largest private owner of vineyards in Santorini and the current landholdings exceed 120 ha, a vast, four-generations-long investment. They work almost exclusively with old vines because only these vineyards can provide the depth, the definition and the concentration needed to produce the desired style of wine. Vines are farmed organically, without using pesticides. Each vineyard work is done manually, apart from ploughing, carried out by mules. The vines are not irrigated and most of the additions in the vineyard are by products of the wine making process, like composted stems and grape skins.
