Delas Freres appeared in 1835 and in 1996 the family put soul and spirit to create high quality wines. Soil and climate are two factors involved in creating their wines. Viognier La Galopine is the result of four vineyards and one variety. The collection is done manually, followed by fermentation at low temperature to enhance the aromas of the variety. Immediately after the malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in its lees in order to strengthen the structure. Some of the wine matures in new oak barrels
