It has a light lemon colour with golden highlights. A dry white wine with intense fruit aromas of apricot, apple, pear and lemon peel. On the palate we detect flavors of apple, pear, lemon peel along with a well integrated acidity. Rich and balanced with mineral elements, spicy notes and hints of vanilla that bring out the complexity of the taste. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with salads and a variety of cheeses.

Moreau Naudet is a family business since the 17th century. Stéphane Moreau took over the family estate in the 1990s and over the last 20 years has developed it into one of the top Chablis estates. He has applied farming techniques to make truly distinctive wines, many of which come from vines over 50 years old. Stéphane was a very dedicated vine grower and worked his land organically. He used ripe grapes to avoid the green flavours that characterise many classic Chablis. For this he chose late harvesting, but only his healthiest grapes were in the selection. His wife, Virginie Moreau now continues his work with the same zeal, remaining true to the principles of the estate.
