A dry white wine with a soft lemon colour and green hues. On the nose we detect typical citrus aromas, volcanic notes and silica aromas. The palate follows the aromas of the nose framed by the medium body of the wine and its intense acidity. You can pair it with fish, oysters, salads and cheeses.

Argyros estate was founded in 1903 in Episkopi Santorini. It is the largest privately owned vineyard in Santorini and current holdings exceed 120 hectares, a huge investment of four generations. They work almost exclusively with old vines because only these vineyards can provide the depth, definition and concentration needed to produce the desired style of wine. The vines are farmed organically, without using pesticides. Each vineyard work is done manually, apart from ploughing, carried out by mules. The non-irrigated vineyards are over a century old and are from top areas of the island, mainly Messaria, Karterado, Pyrgos, Megalochori and Akrotiri. Santorini was fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures and aged for two months in stainless steel tanks with its fine yeasts.
