It has a bright yellow color and aromas of dried fruit like pineapple, banana and pear followed by vanilla, butterscotch and nuts. The palate has flavors of tropical and citrus fruits, tobacco and caramel. It has a rich mouthfeel with lemony acidity and an oily texture. The aftertaste leaves us with a sweetness that combines with the acidity to give us vibrancy. It goes well with grilled or smoked oily fish, white meat cooked with white sauces and pasta with buttery sauces.
