Pedro Ximenez grapes give some of the sweetest wines on the planet. They are spread out in the sun after picking until they become almost raisins. This wine has won several Gold Medals at the International Wine Challenge and a Grand Gold Medal at the Concours Mondial in Brussels. This wine is from 100% sun-dried Pedro Ximenez grapes, aged for 12 years in contact with the air in Jerez de la Frontera.
