Description
A rose dry wine with an impressive soft rose color. It has a subtle nose with aromas of red fruits embraced by notes of minerality, flowers and traces of spices. It has a rich palate, with oak aging giving it a creamy texture. The minerality that accompanies the flavors gives to the wine complexity. Rock Angel is enjoyable to the last drop. Excellent for pairing with fish, seafood, shellfish and pasta.
