Xi-Ro has a medium ruby red colour and explosive aromas of tomato, blackcurrant, strawberry, cherry, olive, hints of herbs, pepper and tobacco. The flavors follow the aromas of red fruits, tomato, leather and herbs. A juicy wine with medium body, well-worked tannins and noticeable acidity.

The family winery Ligas is located in the Pella region, founded in 1988 and the estate’s vineyards are spread out in the valleys of Mount Paikos in a unique terroir. It is one of the pioneering wineries in Greece that applies sustainable farming, natural winemaking and zero interventions in the vineyard and in the bottle. Xi-Ro is a blend of 95% Xinomavro and 5% Roditis, which are vinified separately and then blended and aged for 10 months in old, large oak barrels. Get it before it runs out!
