The Unique Mavrostyfo is a red dry wine with a deep purple color. It has aromas of ripe fruits (sour cherry, gooseberry, cherry, blueberry), embraced by notes of flowers (violet), lavender, notes of spices, tobacco and leather. Its mouth is exuberant with intense and well-worked tannins. Its acidity is as high as it needs to be in balance with the whole . Its flavors are dominated by blueberry, cherry, cassis and forest fruits. Notes of iodine, violet, cocoa and animal notes make a special impression. You could pair it with meat in red sauce, plates with mushrooms, and even yellow aged cheeses.
