A gentle opening, leading to a soft, velvety palette, with smooth, delicate tannins. Full body, with great possibility of ageing. In the mouth we detect velvety texture, delicate tannins and fruit flavors such as berries and plums, earthy aromas and a long salty aftertaste. Château Louvie Saint-Émilion is ideal with grilled game served with wild rice and stuffing or fine steak.

Château Louvie is in the heart of Saint Laurent des Combes, now belonging to the 2nd generation since 1999. The estate belongs to Christian Veyry, who also owns Château Veyry in the Côtesde Castillon. This Grand Cru wine is the result of modern vinification and careful ageing.
