Moschopolis 18, Moschopolis Winery 750ml

A red dry wine, blend of Mavrotragano and Syrah grapes. It has intense complexity with aromas of small red fruits, flowers (violet), as well as plum, vanilla and tobacco. Its flavors include dried fig, dark chocolate, coffee, spices, and plum. You could pair it with meat either stewed or grilled in red sauce.

For Moschopolis 18, they use spontaneous wild yeasts from the vine. It matured for 18 months in French oak barrels and aged for 6 months in the bottle. The vines of the Mavrotragano and Syrah varieties are organically cultivated.
