A dry red wine with a deep red colour. It has aromas and flavours of red fruits, such as cherry, gooseberry, hints of chocolate and spices. On the palate we can discern its gentle tannins, mineral notes and crisp and balanced acidity. You can pair it with meat and vegetables in the oven, or with roasted pork chops.
